My stay at The Chatwal Boutique Hotel was a mixed bag. The welcome from staff was warm, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, which included a variety of freshly prepared dishes. However, the room I stayed in had several issues. While it was spacious, I noticed a lack of attention to detail, with peeling paint and cleanliness issues that detracted from the overall experience. Despite being in a great location near the beach, the room's condition left much to be desired.

Breakfast was excellent, with a range of freshly cooked options and quality pastries. Evening meals were equally enjoyable, showcasing the chef's talent.

My experience at The Chatwal Boutique Hotel had its highs and lows. The warm welcome set an inviting tone, and I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my room. However, some aspects left much to be desired, particularly the breakfast organization and a few outdated decor elements. Overall, while there were enjoyable moments, it didn't fully live up to the 'boutique' label.

My room was spacious, clean, and had a cozy feel, with comfortable bedding that made me not want to leave. The decor had its quirks with mismatched furniture, yet it added character.

Although the breakfast could have been better organized, the cooked options were enjoyable. Dinner menus, especially the Caribbean dishes, were a highlight with fresh and well-prepared meals.

The hotel offered nice facilities, including a bar with an impressive drink selection, though I found the prices steep. The spa was particularly inviting, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Chatwal Boutique Hotel. The owners were super friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome, which I appreciated. The breakfast was definitely a highlight and the cleanliness of the rooms was commendable. However, I found some aspects like the bathroom setup a bit unusual—there was a shower cubicle in the bedroom, which was not what I expected. Overall, it was a nice experience but didn't quite hit the boutique label for me.

My stay at The Chatwal Boutique Hotel was a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, being close to the main attractions, and I appreciated the early check-in and warm welcome from the staff. However, the breakfast service was inconsistent, and the overall decor felt unfinished in areas, which detracted from the boutique experience I was hoping for.

Rooms

Breakfast was a bit hit or miss—one morning it was served late and lacked variety, while the next morning it included a more diverse selection. The quality of the full English was good, though.
Facilities

There are nice public areas to relax, but I found some aspects of the hotel's facilities needed more attention, particularly the spa and overall upkeep of the premises.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at The Chatwal. While the staff, particularly Laura and Clinton, were exceptionally welcoming and made an effort to provide good service, the condition of my room was quite disappointing. There were unfinished areas and a shower that didn't work properly. On the positive side, the food was tasty and freshly cooked, making breakfast a highlight of my mornings.

Rooms
5.0
The room was surprisingly shabby and not completed, with issues like the shower not functioning and unpainted areas. I expected a boutique experience, but it felt anything but luxurious.
